Paweł Rychlik KPMG Senior Manager Paweł is a professional with 30 years of experience in finance, which he gained in FMCG, pharmaceutical and medical sectors. He managed F&A, payroll and logistics teams, and was responsible for financial and management accounting.

As a financial controller, he managed outsourcing of F&A processes. He was also involved in the migration of distribution processes to a Regional Logistics Center located in Poland. As a Senior Manager in the SSOA team, he supports KPMG Clients in their business transformations, providing comprehensive advisory services within strategy, design, implementation and optimization od SSC, using the Service Delivery Lifecycle methodology.

Igor Siedlarski KPMG Senior Manager Senior Manager at KPMG Advisory and academic lecturer. Igor has many years of experience in consulting, gained in an international environment. He is an expert in setting up effective organizations through creation and implementation of TOM for financial and supply chain functions, process improvement and digitalization, and working capital optimization. Igor has provided advisory support to international companies in preparation, implementation and optimization of SSC/GBS model. As the O2C stream leader, he was involved in one of the most known fusion and spin-off project, for which he was awarded the “Driving the exceptional client service” prize.

Justyna gained her professional experience in international companies from various sectors, and was involved in multiple SSC/GBS-related projects, including strategy (service delivery model, location assessment, feasibility study, business case, GBS organization & process maturity assessment), design (TOM, migration strategy and transformation plans), implementation (transformation roadmap, PMO) and F&A process standardization and optimization.

Previously, for over 10 years, she has gained sales and management experience at Martela Group and for 7 years she was Sales Manager at Lafarge Nida Gips. And prior to that, she worked for Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A., creating a new sales department for print jobs She is currently responsible for developing a new strategy for MDD and managing a new sales model in Poland. On a daily basis, she works with investors, architects, developers, real estate agents, building operators and key MDD Clients and Business Partners. She has completed hundreds of contracts designing and furnishing complex modern offices from start to finish, both in the commercial and public sectors. She graduated from the Technical University of Lodz and is a proud wife and the mother of two wonderful children.

Tomasz Leśniewski Clariant GBS Head of Shared Service Center Poland Graduate of Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz and the Executive MBA Program at the University of Illinois. He has been closely associated with modern service industry in business since the very beginning of his professional career. Benjamin Cornils ITP Prizren Technical Adviser at the Digital Transformation Center Benjamin initially joined the German Development Agency-GIZ in 2014. After having worked in Germany and Myanmar, he moved in early 2021 to Kosovo working currently as a Technical Adviser for the Digital Transformation Center in the Innovation and Training Park (ITP) Prizren.
