Laura Kavaliauskaite Invest Lithuania Head of GBS & ICT Laura is leading the GBS & ICT team at Invest Lithuania, awards winning investment attraction agency. She joined the agency in 2014 and since then worked on largest GBS and ICT projects, which settled in Lithuania, including Booking.com, Moody’s, McKesson, as well as number of major expansion projects. She also oversaw the creation and development of the first and largest GBS industry report in the country. Prior to joining GBS & ICT Team, she was a member of the Analytics Team, conducting analysis for potential investors, including industry, labor pool and supply chain analysis, investment environment comparison, etc. Before joining Invest Lithuania, Laura was an Industry Analyst at Euromonitor International. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from Vilnius University.

Tornike Zirakishvili Enterprise Georgia Deputy CEO For the past five years, Tornike Zirakishvili has worked on leading positions within the agencies under the realm of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, including the positions of Deputy Director of Enterprise Georgia and First Deputy Head of Georgian National Tourism Administration. Previously, he has also worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. During my career, I have worked with international companies – start ups and structured corporations. My areas of expertise include HR Operations, Worldwide Talent Strategies as well as HR Processes. Having lived and worked in different countries has made me deep dive into distributed work, collaborating with clients in the USA, Europe, Asia and Africa.
