We invite you to a conference devoted to wellbeing in business.
The pandemic, remote and hybrid work, but also the idea of work-life-balance itself, have had and continue to have a significant impact on the mental health of employees of many companies. Maintaining an appropriate approach to well-being and the broadly understood area of psychology at work are a challenge for both small, medium and large companies, representing heavy and light industry as well as the world of services, and are also important for the modern business services sector.
The conference aims to discuss key issues related not only to the mental health of employees, but above all to the relationship between the company and its employees, as well as to discuss good practices that have a positive impact on the mental health of employees.
During the event, we will also discuss good practices from the world of sports that may be applicable to the world of office work.
